About us

Health Center Linden is centrally located in Katrineholm, adjacent to Kullbergska Hospital with a five-minute walk to the train station. The health center consists of a reception with doctors, district nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehab coordinators, psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers, dietitians, and child health care.

We offer a good introduction, regular external supervision, and care about your well-being and development with us. For the best of patients and staff, we strive to work in teams.

With us, you will have a varied job with patients of all ages. We are constantly working to improve the work both within the profession and together with other professions.

Your tasks

Primary care is the first line of health care for mild to moderate mental health issues and focuses on limited psychological problems.

Your role includes receiving and conducting psychosocial assessments in a broad patient group; we treat mild to moderate depression and anxiety disorders, as well as stress-related health issues, crisis reactions, and lifestyle problems. You will be responsible for individual therapy sessions as well as group treatments and virtual contacts. Additionally, advice, triaging, investigations, and referrals to other levels of care will take place.

You will participate in team work around the patient and in development work within the organization where you are expected to contribute psychological knowledge. You will also provide consultation to nurses and doctors as needed.

Your qualifications

We are looking for a licensed psychologist, licensed psychotherapist, or licensed health and medical care social worker. You are a person with a professional approach that puts the patient in focus, has the ability to make independent decisions, has a good demeanor, and is stimulated by development. Previous experience in primary care work is an advantage.

Personal qualities and suitability are highly valued.
